A - unlimited
A1 - up to 250cc
A2 - up to 125cc

• Bookings received later than 2 weeks prior to departure may not be processed! 

• The client must be over 21 years of age (some locations require 25 -30 years of age minimum) and in possession of a valid motorbike license, issued at least a year in advance with adequate riding experience.

• To Ride in Austria, Africa, Spain and South America you are required by law to have an international driver permit. This "translation" can easily be obtained at your Automobile Club. Call AAA for detailed info

• At pick-up of the rental bike you are required to leave a credit card damage deposit with the rental station.

• You must wear a helmet and proper riding gear.

• All rentals are subject to a US$ 35 booking fee per bike. 
  
  NO Refunds if you show up without a valid Motorcycle license or Valid Passport!
  IT'S CONSIDERED A NO SHOW!
   

• Insurance: AdMo-Tours recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- No refunds for early returns or unused mileage
The minimum cancellation fee is based on the following chart but in no case less than the down payment and may vary based on the amount recoverable from outside contractors. 

- 31 days or more cancellation notice will be subject to a fee of 20% of the invoice total, at least USD$250
- 30 - 11 days cancellation notice will be subject to a fee of 60% of the invoice total , this also applies to any changes that reduce the number of rental days.
- 10 or less days cancellation notice will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total booking amount, this also applies to any changes that reduce the number of rental days.
- No Shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
The listed cancellation fees may vary based on the amount  recoverable from outside contractors!

- A $45 fee will be added for each requested change once the rental has been confirmed,
other than flight times.

AdMo-Tours Inc., its partners and rental stations reserve the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft.

GEAR AND EQUIPMENT
We recommend to bring your own riding gear. The hiring of helmets etc. is often not available and not included in the renting cost. BMW rental bikes are mostly equipped with saddle boxes and wind shield. Ask us for the equipment supplied with your chosen bike rental. 

Luggage Storage
At most destinations you are allowed to store a small suitcase or duffel bag during your rental.
