Renter
responsibility:
Renters must complete a liability
waiver!
Optional Damage Waver (DW) $55
per day:
With DW your damage deposit is $500 and
will be held on your credit card. You
are responsible for all damages up to
$500.
Without Damage Waver:
Your damage deposit
is $3000 and will be held on your credit
card. You are responsible for all
damages even exceeding the $3000
deposit.
We understand that some damage may occur
during the rental period. Scratches,
small dents and similar wear and tear
that does not affect the performance of
the bike is acceptable, we will prorate
the damage and deducted it from your
damage deposit. Broken items or damaged
parts that render the bike inoperable,
unusually difficult or awkward to use
must be reported immediately. They will
be replaced and are deducted in full
plus labor from the damage deposit.
Renters that return bikes that are not
damaged will receive their deposit back
in full.
