RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
|
- Driver Requirements: All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid driver license.
- Mileage: 200 km per day offered, extra km are CA$.20 per km (CA$.25 for Harley Davidsons).
- Insurance: liability insurance. The price of insurance is per day and depends on the motorcycle.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of CA$100 for a single day and CA$200 for multiple days will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). Security deposit must be processed via a credit card or traveler checks. It is the responsibility of the rider to provide medical insurance.
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
- Motorcycle Substitution: AdMo-Tours and the local rental provider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, theft and delay in manufacture fleet delivery. In this case the confirmed motorcycle can be substituted by the local station to a similar model. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours and the local provider. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided.
- Helmets: Are required and can be rented with the motorcycle rental. We encourage you to bring your own helmet for comfort and style reasons.
- Pick-up: pick-up may be made from any of the listed locations.
- Return: One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up.
- Booking deposit: Any booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking amount or minimum CA$100 per motorcycle.
- Booking fee: Any rental of 13 days or less is subject to a USD $35 booking fee.
- Booking Changes: A USD $45 fee will be added for each requested change once the rental has been confirmed. The cancellation policy will apply to any changes made to a confirmed booking less than 30 days. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return location, dates, and one-way arrangements.
