• Driver Requirements: All drivers must provide an international motorcycle license  and a valid visa to India.
• Mileage: unlimited. Breakdown backup is available in New Delhi.  Breakdown backup from any other location will be charged to your invoice.
• Insurance: The motorcycles are insured up to 500€.  Personal luggage is not insured, so we recommend you get travel insurance.  
• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
• Motorcycle Substitution: AdMo-Tours and the local rental provider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, theft and delay in manufacture fleet delivery. In this case the confirmed motorcycle can be substituted by the local station to a similar model. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours and the local provider. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided.
• Helmets: Are required, you must bring your own
• Pick-up: Motorcycle pick-ups made by appointment.  As bike rentals are not entirely legal in India, we classify our rentals as tours.
• Return: Rental days are not based on a 24-hour periods.
• Late Charge: pending info.
• Booking deposit: 5 euro per day on your credit card and the balance in cash at pick-up.
• One-Way Rental: possible for a  delivery fee
• Booking fee: Any rental of 13 days or less is subject to a USD $35 booking fee. 
• Booking Changes: A $45 fee will be added for each requested change once the rental has been confirmed. The cancellation policy will apply to any changes made to a confirmed booking less than 30 days. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return location, dates, and one-way arrangements.
