• Driver Requirements: All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid driver license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin, and a passport if you are not a US Citizen.

• Option 1: Enhanced VIP Theft & Damage Waiver $24.00 per day
  - Security deposit of $300 if you prepay and book for 3 or more days
  - $3 million liability insurance coverage

  - Damage insurance included with up to $1000 deductible
  - Breakdown protection included for the event of mechanical breakdown requiring the motorcycle to be in repair for more than 12 hours. Renter is provided up to $75/day for replacement transportation and refund of daily rate for the rest of the rental. Flat tires do not constitute a breakdown

• Option 2 :VIP Plus Damage Waiver $18.00 per day
  - Security deposit of $500 f you prepay and book for 3 or more days
  - Theft insurance included with a $2000 deductible if bike is kept locked (lock provided)
  - Damage insurance included with up to $2000 deductible
  - Breakdown protection included for the event of mechanical breakdown requiring the motorcycle to be in repair for more than 12 hours. Renter is provided up to $35/day for replacement transportation and refund of daily rate for the rest of the rental. Flat tires do not constitute a breakdown

• Security deposit (Authorization Only). must be processed via a credit card or traveler checks. 
• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and Discover
   
• Motorcycle Substitution: AdMo-Tours and the local rental provider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, theft and delay in manufacture fleet delivery. In this case the confirmed motorcycle can be substituted by the local station to a similar model. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours and the local provider. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided.
• Saddle Bags: All rental motorcycles provided at the listed stations come equipped with saddle bags or luggage boxes for storage of personal items. 
• Storage: The listed rental stations will provide storage for some client luggage at clients risk. 
• Helmets: Are required and provided with the motorcycle rental. We encourage you to bring your own helmet for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many rental stations. 
• Pick-up: Pick-up time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the stations business hours. Clients are required to call the station on the afternoon before or the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their pick-up time. Morning pick-ups are not guaranteed (9:00am - Noon) but will be accommodated if possible. Pick-ups are not honored after 4:30pm
  Return: One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted, however a "rain check" will be provided for a future rental at the same station.  
• Late Charge: A$25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time. 
• Booking deposit: All bookings requires a non-refundable down payment on your credit card of 10% of the total booking amount payment in full if less than 5 weeks from your pick-up date. 
• Booking fee: All rentals are subject to a USD $35 booking fee. 
• Booking Changes: A $45 fee will be added for each requested change once the rental has been confirmed. The cancellation policy will apply to any changes made to a confirmed booking. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return location, dates, and one-way arrangements. 

- 31 days or more: 

cancellation notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice total (at least USD $250).

- 30 to 11 days: 

cancellation notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the invoice total.

- 10 days or less: 

cancellation notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

- NO SHOWS: 

will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
