| Booking Changes: A $45
fee will be added for each requested change once the rental
has been confirmed. The cancellation policy will apply to
any changes made to a confirmed booking less than 30 days.
Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle
model, pick-up/return location, dates, and one-way
arrangements. |

- Driver Requirements:
All drivers must be 25 years or older, and must posses a
valid driver license and some motorcycle experience.
Non-US residents must provide passport.
- Mileage: 250 miles per
day offered, unlimited mileage is $15 extra per day
- Insurance: liability
insurance. For an additional charge, rider may also
purchase the Loss Damage Waiver to protect the rider from
excess collision damage. Call for more details.
- Security Deposit: A security
deposit of $2500 will be taken at pick-up (Authorization
Only). Security deposit must be processed via a credit card
or traveler checks. It is the responsibility of the
rider to provide medical insurance.
- Credit Cards: We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
- Motorcycle Substitution:
AdMo-Tours and the local rental provider reserves the right
to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental client.
Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and
uncontrollable situations arise which may require the
substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not
limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, theft and
delay in manufacture fleet delivery. In this case the
confirmed motorcycle can be substituted by the local station
to a similar model. This constitutes the maximum liability
of AdMo-Tours and the local provider. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided.
- Helmets: Are required
and provided with the motorcycle rental. We encourage you to
bring your own helmet for comfort and style reasons.
- Pick-up: The address
listed is only a business location, at this time, delivery will be made to the
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex between 9AM and 7PM, or it can
be delivered the renter's desired location with an
additional fee.
- Return: One rental day
is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time
of pick-up.
- Late Charge: A $25 per
hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late
from scheduled drop off time. After 5 hours, another
day is added to the price.
- Booking deposit: Any
booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the
total booking amount or minimum $100 per motorcycle.
- Booking fee: Any rental of
13 days or less is subject to a USD $35 booking fee.

Laguna Seca- All special rates include 400
miles per day; helmet, jacket, gloves, and saddlebags; and
liability insurance as well as DFW airport pickup and drop
off.- All motorcycles are prepped for
long distance rental including new tires, full service, tire
repair kits with rental and 24 hour roadside assistance.
