RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Rental: 2 day Driver Requirements: All drivers must be 25 years or older, and must posses a valid driver license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin. Riders must demonstrate solid riding ability. You must have two years experience riding a motorcycle of the size you wish to rent and pass an observed test ride. Mileage: Unlimited mileage is included  Insurance: As of January, 2005, a mandatory insurance fee of $15./day will be charged to the renter. This covers liability insurance up to $1,000,000, theft and collision with a $1000 deductible. No medical or personal injury coverage is provided.  Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 will be taken at pick-up. Security deposit must be processed via a credit card. This is fully refundable upon the safe, incident-free return of the motorcycle. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express  Motorcycle Substitution: AdMo-Tours and the local rental provider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, theft and delay in manufacture fleet delivery. In this case the confirmed motorcycle can be substituted by the local station to a similar model. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours and the local provider. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided. Saddle Bags: All rental motorcycles provided at the listed station are equipped with saddle bags or luggage boxes for storage of personal items.  Storage: The listed rental station will provide limited storage for some client luggage at clients risk.  Helmets: We have a number of HJC helmets you can borrow or you may be more comfortable with your own. We have a number of rainsuits you may borrow. You must bring gloves and any protective riding gear. You must bring clothes to layer as temperatures vary. You should bring riding boots. Pick-up: Pick-up time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the stations business hours. Clients are required to call the station on the afternoon before, or the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their pick-up time.  Return: One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted.   Late Charge: A$25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time.  Booking deposit: All booking requires a non-refundable deposit of $200,$350 for rentals of 7 days or more +10% of the total booking amount to AdMo-Tours, balance due at pick-up.  Booking fee: Any rental of 13 days or less is subject to a USD $35 booking fee.  Booking Changes: A $45 fee will be added for each requested change once the rental has been confirmed. The cancellation policy will apply to any changes made to a confirmed booking less than 30 days. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return location, dates, and one-way arrangements.
